Rize Credit Union launches IDgo authentication service for its members

Rize Credit Union members can now use IDgo for a more secure and simpler authentication experience

PORTLAND, OREGON — May 19, 2025 — IDgo is pleased to announce that Rize Credit Union of Irwindale, California is launching the IDgo authentication service to its members. IDgo leverages mobile devices and internet security technology to deliver a user authentication solution for all customer engagement channels that reduces the risk of fraudulent account takeover, improves operational efficiency and simplifies authentication experiences.

By participating in The FiLab at Filene’s testing program, the Rize team along with other credit union teams had access to the IDgo service to perform an extensive evaluation. The evaluation included favorable test results from Rize CU members and the Member Contact Center team, which led the Rize team to decide to launch the IDgo service for their members.
